This policy explains what information WellFlint collects when you visit wellflint.com and how we use it. It covers this website only.
What we collect
If you send us your details through the Get Started form, we collect your name, work email, company, and number of wells. Your submission is stored in a database we run with Supabase, our database provider.
If you subscribe, you enter your payment details on a checkout page run by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your card details, and we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, company, billing details, and the number of wells you subscribed for, so we can set up and bill your account.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and which country visits come from. It does not use cookies, and it reports visits in aggregate rather than identifying you personally.
To learn which channels bring visitors, such as a search engine, our Facebook or Instagram posts, or an email from us, your browser remembers the link or site you first arrived from, and we count one visit per browsing session by that channel. This uses your browser's local storage, not cookies, and stores no IP address or personal details. If you fill in the Get Started form, that first channel is saved with your submission.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. These logs are used to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and set up a WellFlint walkthrough.
- To keep the website running, secure, and fast.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run this site, currently Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for storing Get Started form submissions, Stripe for processing subscription payments, and Resend for delivering our internal notification emails about new sign-ups, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply, and we use them for nothing else. You can ask us at any time to delete what you sent through the form or by email.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above.
